1/2 lb Atlantic Salmon
Olive Oil, enough to coat Salmon
3 tbsp dill
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp horseradish
Brush Salmon all over with Olive Oil. Place Salmon skin side down on grill. Cook five minutes on each side TWICE. (10 minutes per side all together).
While Salmon is cooking, prepare dill sauce. Mix together dill, sour cream and horseradish. Serve and enjoy! How easy was that?
